Exchange/ Return Policy

We have a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Exchange can be done with the same product for size once; subject to availability.
If the size needed is not available, we will issue you a store credit. The store credit will be valid for 1 month from the date of issue.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, the product needs to be sent to us along with the tracking ID shared on the same mail trail. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 working days.

In case of a return, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of store credit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellation and Refunds

Unfortunately, Cancellation and Refund are not possible against any orders.
